Hello, my name is Anatoly Toka and for the last 8 years I have been working with professionals and business owners assisting them in sustainability growing their business profits without sacrificing quality of their personal lives.
I’d like to tell you a short version of how throughout my early twenties I grew my business from $Zero to charging over $3,000 per hour of my time, while working “virtually” (no office). Then I would like to invite you to join my blog and become part of unique and growing community of executives and passionate entrepreneurs who share tips and experiences with an aim to systematically double their businesses and to assist you with doing the same.
Like most of start up businesses and probably even similarly to you, I started my first business on my own, literally working from my kitchen table while hardly speaking any English. Initially it probably cost me a total of a few hundred dollars to get the business up and running.
What I am saying is that I didn’t have a wealthy and generous relative nor have I started with a million dollars of venture capital.
But… I was fortunate in one way: I had enough business awareness to create a product and identify a need in a market that my customers would frequently seek out to buy.
This is why not long after I started, for the first time in my life, I actually started selling my own services and bringing in money for myself. That’s when I realized that I never want to work for anyone making someone else rich, because it became apparent that I had a really good chance of becoming a “real Entrepreneur”.
Unfortunately next 5 years turned out to be the biggest disappointment of my professional life that ended up costing me over $60,000. It was due to my naivety of blindly following advice of conventional wisdom, that I’ve started collecting accreditations from some of the most prestigious business institutions including Master of Business Administrations, BA of Marketing and Management, only to end up disappointed by the inadequate approach of academia to providing solutions to real issues facing my businesses.
Frustrated by the lack of quality training to assist me in creating a meaningful way of growing my business, I set out to investigate and develop systems that affected real entrepreneurs, but most importantly ensured success of my own businesses and of business owners I was working with.
After many sleepless nights, thousands of dollars invested in various programs and courses and most importantly tons of costly mistakes and equally educational successes, it is only in the last few years that I have finally started to understand enough about businesses to start making real impact on lasting sustainability and profitability of my clients and my businesses.
By teaching what I learned and sharing my experiences with my executive and my business mastermind groups, I grew to love teaching and spending time with passionate entrepreneurs. I realised that I absolutely love seeing committed people making their businesses skyrocket with my assistance.
Eventually I grew out of initial immature and petty jealousy that I used to experience when I was around people who are more talented or smarter than me. It was at that point that I no longer felt intimidated by businesspeople some of whom I knew eventually were going to surpass me, I still want to help them.
It is now more and more apparent that what started out of necessity to learn genuine skills to ensure success of my own business, something that I could only get by working with other entrepreneurs and through running executive and business mastermind groups, could actually be my ultimate calling in life.
